To complete the dish a little rocket, flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano and pachino tomatoes. If you want you can enrich this bresaola appetizer even more by adding mozzarella or olives. In short, a very simple recipe but which, if well presented, also makes a great impression!
