Appearance: Amber.

Sensations olfactory: Fine and with hints of fruit, it expresses a delicate note of tobacco and leather that identifies the great personality of the distillate.

Taste-olfactory sensations: Full, complete and rightly tannic; persuasive and pleasant in all its expressions thanks to the completeness of the oxidative processes resulting from the long stay in wood.

Service: At a temperature of 18 ° C, in perfectly colorless 120 ml tulips, not too closed to the mouth.

Alcoholic degree: 42% Vol.

Technology: It is obtained from carefully selected and freshly distilled Nebbiolo pomace from Upper Piedmont, immediately after racking. Extraction from the still at about 75 ° alcohol.
Fruit of the blend of the distillate of the best vintages, it is assembled in steel containers and then rested for a further six years in oak barrels.
