Healthy, organic, natural. These are three of the cult words that make up the "manifesto" of the Millennial generation, the one with a developed sensitivity towards Nature, the Environment, self-love declined in a green key. Not only that: they also represent three "mantra" words that more and more women in Italy, regardless of age, repeat and use as a reference point to make very specific choices in setting their lifestyle.
According to the data emerging from a recent survey conducted on 1600 women aged between 18 and 65 (Source: Beltè), 7 out of 10 Italians are attracted to everything that expresses naturalness (71%), including organic products (66%) and outdoor activities surrounded by nature (62%).
Contemporary women, in fact, define themselves as more attentive to well-being, physical fitness and a healthy and genuine lifestyle, guaranteed by products of biological origin and also phytocosmetics.
A choice that certainly reflects a greater attention to nature and the environment, but also a renewed respect for one's well-being and self-care.
Here, therefore, are ten small, new habits to be adopted every day in terms of beauty and psychophysical mood. Objective: to reset the lifestyle to healthier rhythms and safer and more effective results.

FAST RHYTHM VS "SLOW" RHYTHM
It's true: multitasking life imposes a fast pace on many women, a speed of thought / organization / action that is not always easy to sustain. Yet "loving yourself" implies a particular attention to yourself that can only be effective by slowing down the frenetic pace you are used to. The rediscovery of one's own “slow” version of life will allow us to act with more determination and knowledge of the facts and also to observe the surrounding landscape, identify its precious nuances, grasp its best stimuli to nourish a renewed sense of “beautiful being”.

NEVER AGAIN IN BED WITH MAKE UP! REDISCOVER THE EVENING BEAUTY ROUTINE
Do you come home late and don't have time / desire to remove your makeup (you can do it tomorrow!)? Nothing worse than finding yourself in the morning with dull skin, pimples and a myriad of blackheads! Not only that: in the long run this bad habit subjects the skin of your face to premature aging. Solution: test the importance (but also the pleasure) of an evening beauty routine that allows you to cleanse and nourish your skin in the right way. For a renewed morning glow effect!

STAND UP AND MEDITATE, INSTEAD OF RUNNING (WE TAKE TEN MINUTES!)
It is not necessary to transform into “Tibetan nuns” to find and nourish one's inner balance and consequently the sense of well-being! In the morning, instead of getting up and immediately starting "the race" (real or metaphorical) to face the day, set aside ten minutes to reflect and meditate. It will serve to free the mind from any anxieties and worries and to give a positive mood to the day.

A small revolution at the table? Focus on wholemeal flours for bread, pasta, biscuits and other baked goods instead of the classic white one. It is now undoubted, in fact, that wholemeal flour is the absolute best in terms of nutrition, because containing all the parts of the grain it is a complete food, especially if stone ground, therefore not subject to overheating which could limit its nutritional principles.
On the other hand, white flour, being subjected to the process of eliminating all the best parts, ie germ and bran, is simply full of starch, that is simple carbohydrates rich in sugars. Basically, it gives almost nothing to our body but, on the contrary, contributes to the rise in blood sugar.

COSMETICS FOR BODY AND HAIR? LESS ADDITIVES, MORE GREEN CHOICES
They are often rich in sulphates, parabens, chemical additives that are harmful to both the body and the environment. More and more contemporary women are lovers of taste (and also travel with this in mind), they appreciate good wine, craft beer, are interested in the new culture of mixology (but drink responsibly) and above all they choose carefully what they eat, to better protect their health.

GOODBYE SUGAR DRINKS: BIO DRINKS AND DEPURATIVE INFUSIONS
Drinking responsibly does not simply mean limiting the use of alcohol! It also means learning to select drinks in general, avoiding those rich in additives and sugars that are harmful to the body (as well as the diet) and focusing on organic serums and juices or natural herbal teas with beneficial properties.

LESS LUNCH IN FRONT OF THE PC AND MORE WATER ON YOUR DESK
Do you often eat at your desk? Mistaken. The lunch break is essential to allow the body and mind to recharge. Correct body hydration is in fact the basis of the condition of well-being and is also a basic condition for nourishing the epidermal brightness. Prepare a bottle or two with the volume of water to drink during the day and place them clearly visible on your desk, so as not to forget them. Drink them anytime, before the end of the working day.

A NEW DIKTAT: READ, INFORM, CHOOSE CONSCIOUSLY
It is perhaps the most difficult habit to introduce into everyday life. But it is certain that it can represent a very precious “gift” given to oneself, heralding a substantial revolution in the sign of well-being.
Read food labels. "Study" in advance certain products you want to buy. Ask for detailed information. Looking for news and specifics whether it's food or shampoo can really make a difference. It means learning to consciously choose what concerns, in general, one's health and integrity. Essential prerequisites for well-being and natural beauty, today more than ever.
