The Pitti pastry shop was born 16 years ago in a village at the foot of the Gran Paradiso valleys and immediately the artisan vocation of Paolo Pitti is linked to the territory, with the rediscovery of ancient Piedmontese and Canavese recipes.

OUR PASTRY COURSES
We organize pastry courses open to all, expert and non-expert enthusiasts. The courses are divided into first level and second level, each consisting of 4 evening meetings of 3/4 hours each. Lessons take place from March to May for a maximum of 20 participants per course.
FIRST LEVEL COURSE
THREE THEME EVENINGS.

Third evening: sponge cake.
SECOND LEVEL COURSE
FOUR THEME EVENINGS.

Third evening: spoon desserts.
