La Colonna apartment

L'apartment "La Colonna", of 51 square meters, is located in the central part of the building on the ground floor.

Located to the left of the reception room, it consists of a living room, kitchenette, hallway, bathroom and a bedroom.
This accommodation extends for the entire depth of the building having the opportunity to enjoy the view of the garden on both sides.

Rates

Prices range from a minimum of Euro 30.00 (thirty) per person per night to a maximum of Euro 80.00 (eighty) per person per night. We normally ask for a minimum stay of 3 nights. In case of availability and compatibly with our reception possibilities, we accept guests for stays of one night only.

OFFERS Long stays / large groups (minimum 8 people): price to be agreed at the time of booking with special offers.

Children up to 10 years free, from 11 to 17 years discount of the 50%

Prices include the consumption of: electricity, water, heating and air conditioning, bed, bath and table linen, final cleaning and weekly change of linen.

REGULATION

We inform our guests that SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN in all closed areas of the farmhouse.

Cleaning

Cleaning is done every 7 days depending on the arrival date. More frequent cleaning can be carried out on request, with a supplement per person depending on the frequency requested. For all apartments it is anyway always excluded the tidying up of the kitchen and the washing of the dishes which are the responsibility of the occupants. Otherwise there is a charge of Euro 25.00 (twenty five) per apartment for tidying up the kitchen and washing dishes.

Linen

The change of bed, bath and table linen is normally carried out every 7 days, depending on the date of arrival and stay. More frequent changes can be made on request, with a supplement per person depending on the change requested. Security deposit Euro 150.00 (one hundred and fifty) for weekly stays to guarantee any damage or breakages that may occur during the stay. For shorter stays the deposit is Euro 22.00 (twenty-two) per day.

Otherwise, a penalty equal to the cost of an additional night will be applied.

We point out in advance that we are not equipped for the deposit of valuables or cash, not having a safe. For extended stays we can arrange for the deposit of cash at our trusted bank.

Booking conditions

They are accepted telephone reservations, via e-mail confirmed upon receipt of the deposit equal to 30 % of the total, to be sent with:

In the case of reservations a few days before arrival, please make the deposit payment immediately and send a copy of the slip of the telegraphic money order paid or of the bank transfer by e-mail to our e-mail address. The balance must be paid upon arrival at the farmhouse (bank account checks are not accepted).

Cancellation of the reservation

From 90 to 45 days before the arrival date, 10% of the total will be retained
From 45 to 30 days before the arrival date, 20% of the total will be retained
From 29 to 1 day before the arrival date the entire deposit will be withheld
