OUR PASTRY COURSES
We organize pastry courses open to all, expert and non-expert enthusiasts. The courses are divided into first level and second level, each consisting of 4 evening meetings of 3/4 hours each. Lessons take place from March to May for a maximum of 20 participants per course.
FIRST LEVEL COURSE
THREE THEME EVENINGS.

Early evening: shortcrust pastry and creams.
Second evening: puff pastry, sweet and salty.
Third evening: sponge cake.
SECOND LEVEL COURSE
FOUR THEME EVENINGS.

Early evening: breakfast sweets.
Second evening:desserts based on dried fruit and Sacher.
Third evening: spoon desserts.
Fourth evening:the chocolate.
