Grappa of Moscato Riserva

Appearance: Brilliant golden yellow.

Olfactory sensations: Delicate and enveloping with a glazed note of sage.

Taste-olfactory sensations: Captivating as an initial sensation, it is sweet and velvety on the palate. Of great persistence.

Service: At a temperature of 17 °, in perfectly colorless 120 ml tulips, not too closed to the mouth.

Alcoholic degree: 42% Vol.

Technology: It is obtained from the pomace of Moscato grapes from Piedmont, carefully stored in silos in order to allow the maturation of the classic varietal aromatic notes that distinguish grappa.
Extraction from the still at about 80 ° alcohol.
Aged at least 18 months in oak barrels to be able to boast the title of Riserva.
