Limitations:

Our water taxi service does not directly reach the private dock of the following hotels in Venice (5 minutes walk from the stop): Duodo, Splendid, Cavalletto, Saturnia, Bonvecchiati, Bonvecchiati Palace, Corte Grimani.
The speedboat will travel directly to your hotel if private water access is available. Instead you will be boarded only at the nearest pier in the following cases:
- hotel without private water access
- hotel overlooking an internal and narrow canal with difficult access
- hotel overlooking a canal where access is prohibited
- excessive water level due to high tide, even in the case of a generally reachable hotel

CAUTION: it is possible to book the service at least 48 hours in advance.
