INGREDIENTS
400g of pumpkin
2 potatoes
1 leek
parsley
flaked almonds
Cut the pumpkin, potatoes and leek into small pieces, put them in a pot, add a little water and a pinch of salt, cook over medium heat for about 20 '(if you make small pieces it will take less time). After cooking, blend with an immersion blender, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of pepper. Serve with fresh parsley and almond flakes.
