The Fortunato farm boasts a long tradition in the production and direct sale to the public of products such as meats and cheeses from its own farm. Recently the company became part of the BioRoma Consortium and thanks to agreements with local producers it has integrated the offer of km0 products.

Our production of dairy products boasts an ancient and consolidated tradition, always having top quality freshly milked milk from our farms. We are thus able to offer the public fresh and seasoned high quality products with space for experimenting with new flavors, using traditional working techniques, but with a pinch of innovation. You will also find some cheeses awarded with the Rome Chamber of Commerce prize as the best cheese in the area.

As for the production of cured meats, thanks to the long experience and tradition in meat processing, we offer and select tasty cured meats and sausages free of preservatives and additives, pursuing the logic of small quality production, respecting the natural rhythms of aging. Our productions have also obtained the regional recognition of Natura in Campo thanks to respect for tradition in processing and control starting from the raw material, passing through processing to the finished product. Only in this way is it possible to offer high-quality, safe and tasty products.

The company, while not directly certifying the product, has obtained organic certification for crops and breeding since 2013, having always used this method of management. As well as directly online, it is possible to buy products at our stores, to be even closer to the consumer.
