Bioalleva is dedicated to the production of meats and cured meats from Certified Organic Agriculture, distributed in Italy and abroad for the Ho. Re. Ca., industry, specialized shops GD-DO, collective catering.

It was born in 2000 from the desire of Renzo Venturini of share the value of transparency with their consumers, guaranteeing every day taste, quality and well-being.

An ambitious path undertaken by Bioalleva, conducted with an entrepreneurial spirit and trust in a sector destined for constant growth: an intuition that soon turned into a “biological success”. Today, more than yesterday.

THE SEARCH FOR NATURALITY:

Our meats come from organic pastures that respect the ethology of the species, the criteria of animal welfare and the environment that surrounds them.

SPACES OPEN:

Our leaders are raised with respect for theirs freedom of movement and fed with balanced foods, formulated for their diet and well-being.

AS NATURE WANTS:

Our cattle, pigs and poultry grow in the wild, slowly, left to graze without forcing and housed in spacious and ventilated stables.

TOTAL EXCLUSION OF GMOs:

The land that house our livestock they do not know any kind of pesticide nor other synthetic substances.

For Bioalleva it has never been simply a trend, but a real vocation: to respect the integrity of the territory to recover the authenticity and genuineness of flavors. In short, produce BIO meats and cured meats to bring the true pleasure of quality to the table.

The selection of cuts.

The rigor of the meat selection process is maximum: the best parts are separated manually with the only use of the knife to obtain a finished product that is the result of careful and meticulous care. We want to offer you optimum freshness and quality.

The manufacturing process.

All the processing phases of Bioalleva meats take place in a modern and technological establishment, respecting the strictest hygiene standards within which a qualified staff of specialists operates. In accredited analysis laboratories, regular chemical and microbiological checks are carried out on the structure, premises, instruments and raw materials.

ATP - The protective atmosphere.

It keeps the color of the meat vivid, protecting it from the harmful action of external agents, keeping its freshness and organoleptic characteristics unaltered.

SKIN - A second skin.

“Skin” is defined as the type of vacuum in a tray that makes the upper film adhere to the product as if it were a second skin (“Skin”, in English, means “skin”). This packaging technology guarantees a longer shelf life of the meat and the integrity of the packages.

The value of traceability.

From the very beginning, all the production and processing processes of Bioalleva meats are traceable thanks to an IFS certified IT and control system, capable of monitoring and identifying each package. Our animals are many, but we all know them: all information relating to the animal and its origin is stored in a database. On each of them, moreover, precise summary labels are applied showing all the data relating to the head and its breeder.

Respect for the cold chain.

The cold chain is maintained and guaranteed from the receipt of the raw material, during processing, storage and up to sale. The right storage temperature of both fresh and frozen products is constantly maintained in order to prevent thermal shocks, helping to preserve the meat in an optimal way, until it reaches our distributors.
