Alberti and Dal Molin constructions was founded in January 1993 by Alberti Alfonso and Dal Molin Valentino, who united by a common entrepreneurial spirit, immediately gave a dynamic and modern imprint to the construction company. In that period, ever-increasing third-party interventions are carried out, leading the company's turnover to double from year to year.The Real Estate Sector
Since 1999, the commercial and real estate branch joins the purely construction activity. It therefore began in those years and the research and acquisition of building areas, the design, construction and marketing of residential complexes to be placed on the “turnkey” Veneto real estate market, continued with greater intensity.
During the years 2006/2007, given the constant increase in projects under construction and consequently the financial commitment of turnover (about 8,000,000.00 euros in the last two years), the Company undertakes the process for ISO 9001 certification and builds up a team of expert collaborators able to develop and follow every new operation in all respects.
Opening up to new markets
The open system organizational structure, able to expand rapidly and with the utmost competence, allows to seize the opportunities offered by the market.
The increase in the construction activity allows the consolidation of its strategic position in the areas of its traditional presence. The accumulated experience allows Costruzioni to use it to enter and operate in international markets.
Currently the company proposes itself to the market, also internationally, to carry out civil, residential and industrial works of various sizes by carrying out cutting-edge interventions in the type of solutions, in the construction technology and in the products used.
