The B & b Villa Lucia is located in Borgofranco d'Ivrea at the foot of the mountains of the Aosta valley. Surrounded by greenery, this property has 3 double bedrooms, each with a bathroom. An excellent place to rest and to make the most of all the recreational possibilities that the area offers:. lakes, mountains and the nearby Aosta valley. Also a stone's throw away is the Turna with its climbing walls, the renowned adventure park and a riding stable.

Each window of the villa frames a beautiful work of art. The most spectacular views you have ever seen are guaranteed from this lovely rustic villa of 

mountain. From picturesque acres of olive groves to incredible cloud formations, the views from every window are breathtaking. Get out there and it will take your breath away. Make sure you bring an inhaler. All the amenities are available to include a multitude of bedrooms, a large living room and family room, a large dining room, a commercial kitchen with a dinette, a huge covered and uncovered patio and a swimming pool with mountain views. Villa Lucia is perfect for hosting groups of any size, large and small. Along with the beauty and privacy of the villa comes an extraordinary, kind and kind caretaker. It can comfortably accommodate 12 to 18 people. Meals available if requested in advance. The property is located on a certified organic olive grove of 15 hectares. Located less than 1 hour from the airports of Florence or Pisa.

Villa Lucia is a magical experience of the Borgofranco d'Ivrea. This stunning property includes a large farmhouse together with independent apartment, unlimited Ivrea scenery, all set in 15 acres of olive groves.

The Villa has 6 beautiful bedrooms, 3 queen + 2 king, with private bathroom and 1 double room with bathroom to be shared in the hallway.

The rental of the villa has full access to all services except the owners and staff quarters.

The Villa features a charming Piedmontese kitchen with a vintage table for 8, complete with a wood-burning grill and a well-equipped support kitchen that will meet the needs of family reunions and large parties. Attached to this kitchen is a beautiful and large dining room that seats 15 people, a stone fireplace and guest bathroom. The living room with its stone walls, has a large stone fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD.

These common rooms are all one floor.
The 2nd floor has all bedrooms and private bathrooms except a master bedroom and bathroom, one floor and ensuite.
